Reception and Storage

Material reception through optical recognition from the manufacturer’s label, communicates with our ERP, stock, part number, MSL, ETC ETC, and prints by encoding an internal label with a unique code for each Reel or component when we receive it.

Storage and control of all electronic components, through the same control software, aided by our PDAs to be able to read the barcode and save them in batches so that later, through work orders, launched computerized, they can automatically supply us with the loads of the assemblies to be mounted on the SMD lines.

We have an X-ray counting machine integrated into our control software, controlling shrinkage and automatically communicating to our ERP the stock that returns to our automatic warehouse.

Preparation and Verification of Orders

We verify computerized and through PDAs coupled to our control software and our barcodes, the correct preparations of work orders and the correct loads in the feeders to ensure 100% reliability of assemblies with the correct codes and values.

We can analyze and improve all our clients’ productions or designs. We also create all the programs from engineering and launch them ON-LINE to our SMD assembly lines that are integrated into our control software, making us much more productive by improving inefficient assembly times.

Assembly and Production Lines

SMD assembly lines, integrated into our state-of-the-art control software, with reading of QR codes or Bar Codes, allowing for complete traceability by batches and components on each unitary PCB. These SMD lines have an assembly capacity of 218,000 components/hour. Being able to carry out assemblies from prototypes to high production.

We carry out 100% AOI3D inspection in all the SMD assemblies we carry out, being able to launch inspection traceability lists.

Automated Selective Soldering, with automatic loaders and unloaders for Racks and motorized tables for correct insertion of components without the operator manipulating the PCB. With a Nitrogen generating machine guaranteeing controlled and rust-free welding.

We do conventional welding to undertake large projects.

Completion and Verification

We have 2 automatic varnishing machines to be able to carry out the necessary insulation for your project.

We have clients for reprocessing, BGA, LGA, QFN repair machines, etc.

We have tables with professional equipment, capacity and resources to be able to carry out tests and finished equipment according to our clients’ specifications.
